Lorima carbon masts are produced in our Lorient workshops, and are designed to equip racing boats and mega-yachts. Cured in a 38-metre-long autoclave in our laminating workshops, the mast tube then passes through our assembly and painting workshops before being delivered to our customers. Numerous quality checks are carried out during production to ensure the reliability, aesthetics and performance of our carbon masts.
The booms that leave our workshops are made from prepreg carbon and cured in our autoclave. Designed for racing boats and mega-yachts, our carbon booms are engineered for efficiency, strength and design. We tailor each boom to the specific requirements and sailing programme of each boat.
We produce bespoke carbon Crossbeams for catamarans. They meet the specific technical and aesthetic requirements of yacht owners. Our lightweight, robust carbon crosses are unique designs that offer significant weight savings at the front of boats.
Lorima also produces prepreg carbon rudders, mainly one-design foils for the Ocean Fifty (Multi50): a fine technical and sporting challenge for these exceptional catamarans designed for ocean racing.
